Here are three simple, romantic, and delicious superfood desserts that are gluten-free, dairy-free and free of processed sugars. These make for a perfect Valentine's Day dessert.

RAW CHOCOLATE PUDDING

RAW CHOCOLATE PUDDING

INGREDIENTS:

  • 3-4 pitted dates
  • 1 banana
  • 1 avocado
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 3 tablespoon raw cacao
  • Quality water (or nut milk) to desired consistency
  • Fresh berries, mint leaves or coconut flakes for topping (Optional)

Instructions:

  1. Blend until smooth and top with fresh berries or coconut flakes if desired. Best served cold.


NO SUGAR CHOCOLATE TRUFFLES

INGREDIENTS:

Instructions:

  1. Soften coconut oil and stir in remaining ingredients, adding stevia in last to taste.
  2. Once mixture is blended well, fill a rubber ice tray with the chocolate sauce.
  3. Freeze for 10 to 15 minutes and pop out truffles to serve.
  4. Optional: Add 1- 2 tablespoons softened coconut butter to create a thicker consistency for using as frosting or for thicker truffles.



STRAWBERRY PUDDING

STRAWBERRY PUDDING

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 cups strawberries (can be subbed with any fruit)
  • 1 cups cashews, soaked
  • 2 dates
  • 2 tablespoon liquid stevia
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon melted coconut oil

Instructions:

  1. Blend all ingredients together until smooth.
