3 Signs that Your Kidneys Are Filtering

1. Your urine is cloudy, stringy or full of sediment. 

If you aren't sure, pee in a glass jar and let it sit over night.  Check for sediment the next day.

2. Your urine is stinky!  

If there is a strong odor, good things are happening.

 

3. Your urine is NOT clear.  

It should be pale yellow, dark yellow, orange or even brownish or reddish.  Contrary to popular belief, your urine should not be clear.  Many people drink water, water, water and go pee, pee, pee and never get hydrated, nor do they get into a deeper cleansing of the kidneys.
