Thanksgiving. A Time for the “Giving of Thanks”

As the cool weather sets in and the leaves begin to change, the nostalgia of fall fills the air and invades our homes. Here in America, it wouldn’t be fall without the much anticipated holiday of Thanksgiving. For some, holidays hold sweet memories, while for others they can bring the remembrance of the difficulty of loss of family, finances, or even dreams. This year as our team began to reflect and prepare for the holiday season, it was clear to us that our nation has been under intense change and pressure this year.

When pressure comes, sometimes the best thing we can do to recalibrate is to put the first things first. For us at Spirit of Health it is God, family, friends, and living a life of purity and thankfulness. There is no doubt that these things have been and will continue to be under attack in America. In an effort to be a catalyst for change, Spirit of Health has decided to make some adjustments from our normal rhythms this year.
